The journey began in 1981 with the introduction of liquid milk in sachets, marking a significant milestone in Patna’s dairy market. In 1993, Patna Dairy launched its now-popular **Sudha Table Butter**, receiving positive feedback right from the start. Following this, Sudha Ice Cream hit the Patna market after a successful test run in late 1994 and was officially launched in April 1995. In late 2001, Sudha Plain and Misti Dahi entered the Patna market, quickly gaining consumer favor. Lassi followed suit in April-May 2003, while matha (a traditional buttermilk drink) debuted in March 2007.
